Learning About Ingredients
Being up at Far Niente, the winery had a garden full of a variety of ingredients used in the kitchen there and I spent a part of my day learning these different ingredients and learned how to harvest them properly. In this photo, I am harvesting miners lettuce, which is mostly used as a garnish and for decoration.
